For the fastest and most reliable means of obtaining of EB-5 visa and green cards for the United States (US), we cooperate with the best immigration lawyers, economists, business planners, certified accountants and securities lawyers.
To obtain an EB-5 visa requires ten obligatory stages. All stages – outlined below – are carefully coordinated and are under our constant control.
1. Investor check
We provide you with advice regarding your visa application, and evaluate your investment capital potential in terms of the US law.
2. Project selection
We ensure the provision of opportunities to choose an investment project. All investment projects are provided by regional centers accredited by the US Government.
3. Preparation of documents
The investor signs the Participation Agreement and other required documents. At this stage, you as the investor must provide financial information about the invested capital to pass the compliance procedure.
4. Visiting the USA
You need to come to the US to open an escrow account.
5. Investments transfer
You transfer $500,000 to your escrow account and pay an administrative fee of $50,000.
6. Form I-526 Green Card
An immigration lawyer prepares and submits an application (Form I-526) to the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (UCSIS) for a green card for the investor and his/her family members.
If the I-526 application is approved, $500,000 from the escrow account will be invested in the selected project. If the application is rejected, all $500,000 will be returned to the investor immediately. Unfortunately, $50,000 of the administrative fee is not refunded.
8. Moving to the US
After the EB-5 application approval, the investor is interviewed by the US Embassy in the country of residence. After the interview, the investor and his/her family members travel to the US to obtain a temporary green card. The validity period of the temporary green card is two years. On the basis of the temporary green card, the EB-5 visa investor and his/her family members may freely reside anywhere in the US with unlimited rights to travel, study and work.
9. Permanent Green Card
Within 90 days after the expiration of the temporary green card, an immigration lawyer may apply for a permanent green card (Form I-829) on behalf of the investor and his/her family.
10. Return on investment
Once the project requirements have been met, the investor receives a return on investment of $500,000. Usually, the money is returned after 3-5 years.
